What to do after an accident

- 2. Inform the police if there are any injuries
- 3. Do not admit liability
- 4. Your insurance company needs to be notified as soon as possible
- 5. Exchange details with the other driver.
- 6. If there is a witness, take details (use our print off form). If you have a camera in the car, take a picture
- 7. You do not have to make a statement to the police there and then.
